Auto Reply for Email

How do I setup an auto reply message?

To set up an auto reply message for when you go away please follow the instructions below.

1. Login to your Cheaper Domains Account – https://www.cheaperdomains.com.au/clientarea.php

2. Once logged in select Products

3. Select View to right of your email/web hosting service

4. Select Manage / Login to Plesk (Orange button)

5. A new tab will open and select Mail or Email Addresses

6. Click directly on the email address you wish to make the change


7. Select Auto Reply tab

8. Turn it on, Enter your message and select a specified date to turn it off.

9. Done
