Logo Usage Guidelines
Users must strictly adhere to the following guidelines when using the Company's Logos:
1. Authorized Uses:
2. Visual Presentation Standards:
Clarity and Size: When reproducing our logo, be conscious of its size and legibility. A signature too small ceases to communicate. The logo should never appear less than 2.5 centimetres (or 1 inches) tall in printed materials and no less that 45px tall in digital.
Clear Space: In order to maintain the integrity of the iconic logo and maximize the brand's presence, it is important to give the logo breathing room and define a minimum clear space. The clear space is measured by the x-width which is one-quarter of the chickens height. The clear space must always be a minimum of the x-width on all sides of the logo.
Trademark Symbols: If a Logo incorporates trademark symbols such as `®` or `™`, these symbols must be clearly displayed together with the main Logo and must not be separated or removed.
Standard Colours: The preferred visual representation of the logo is yellow colour (RGB: #F5CA46) with teal (RGB: #167288) background or yellow (RGB: #F5CA46) and teal (RGB: #167288) with white background.
Logo Placement: When placing the logo on top of a photograph, make sure that the logo is clearly visible and does not get overpowered by the background image. In some cases, using a different colour variation of the logo or choosing a different photo may be necessary. The corners, top center and bottom center of your document or project are generally good spots to place your logo file.
3. Prohibited Uses:
In order to maintain consistency throughout our identity, it is essential that the brandmark is never altered in any way. Altering, distorting or illustrating the brandmark in any way weakens the power of our brand and what it represents.
